Burwell House is available for hire by any group delivering courses with a broadly educational or learning focus and that do not contravene the Cambridgeshire County Council Core Values. 

We have been used in the past by church groups, drama groups, music groups and sports groups and would be happy to discuss your requirements

The grand, 18th Century house and large garden offer a well appointed and relaxing venue for your event and includes:

  • Up to 60 beds in a range of rooms (including bunk beds - there are a total of 37 lower bunks or single beds).

  • Large, professionally equipped kitchen.

  • Conservatory and Dining room, with gazebo outside during the summer months.

  • 3 very large reception rooms.

  • Access to craft studio - perfect for 'messy' activities or for a further rehearsal space if required.

  • TV, DVD, Wifi.

  • 3 acres of varied and beautiful gardens.

  • Large, secure car park.

  • Easy access to village amenities - Co-op, bakery, butcher, takeaways, petrol station.
