Burwell House is a place for discovery – for learning about yourself, for getting to know others, for learning new skills and for spending time in a relaxing and homely environment.

Our Centre has been providing rich learning experiences for 50 years, since being bought by Cambridgeshire County Council in 1965.  Before that the house – one of the village’s finest – was a much loved home to generations of families.  With a wealth of historical documents held at the Centre we are gradually putting together a portfolio of the past – a collection of photos and other documents that tell the story of how we came to be here.  This is an ongoing project which we hope to add to and develop with the help of our local and wider community over the coming months and years.

In the meantime, do explore the links from this page to find out about Burwell House now – what we are, who we are and what we do.
